Dr. Mike sams
senior pastor
Mike is married to Angela and has 3 sons and a daughter-in-law, Tyler and Elizabeth, Garrett, and Ryan. He earned his Masters of Theology and his Doctorate of Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Mike has served as our Senior Pastor since November of 2008.
ron graves
associate pastor of music & Worship
Ron is married to Deana and has 4 kids. He has a BA in religion from the School of Church Careers, Centenary College of Louisiana. He also has a MS in Management and Leadership, from Western Governors University, and a Certificate in Management from Harvard Business School. He has served in worship ministry for 17 years and has also led missions ministry. Ron has served on staff at FBC Martin since November of 2014.
David Owens
Associate Pastor of Discipleship
David is married to Lindsey and has 2 boys, Cooper and Everett. He has a BA in Psychology from Arkansas State University and is currently working on obtaining his M.Div. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. David has served on staff at FBC Martin since July of 2022.
matt brewer
associate pastor of children
Matt is married to Katie and has 2 kids. He has a BA in Biblical Studies from Union University and an M.Div. in Christian Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in children’s ministry for over 13 years. Matt has served on staff at FBC Martin since August of 2013.
greg alderdice
associate pastor of Youth
Greg is married to Erin and has 3 kids – Grey, Emersyn, and Miles. He has a BA in Christian Education from Union University and an M.Div. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Greg has served on staff at FBC Martin since December of 2017.
jeffrey mcewen
associate pastor of college
Jeffrey is married to Ginger and has 1 son. He received his BS in Organizational Leadership from Union University. He has served in youth ministry for over 13 years. Jeffrey has served on staff at FBC Martin since August of 2016.
